This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving ability, and the capability to guide junior engineers while ensuring validation quality and milestone delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Test Case Study / Creation / Update * Assist Test Lead on Test Case and Test Plan creation * Assist Test Lead on basic test scope sizing * Hands on execution * Create & follow-up all defect life cycle by using bug tracking tools * Prioritize test in daily work base and achieve project milestones **Job Requirements** * BS degree in Computer Science, Compute Engineering or similar * 4+ years of server test experience (OS, HW Compatibility, BIOS, UEFI, BMC) * Solid test plan / test case design capability * Work with minimum supervision * Broad knowledge of server infrastructure and technologies * Ability to anticipate problems proactively and take appropriate actions to mitigate impact * Good communication in both Chinese and English * Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a rapidly-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes Good problem-solving skills BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspon
