What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7-10+ years of relevant experience, Vast experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager, Proven knowledge and experience of managing complex products, in the on-prem and SaaS areas, Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Great communication skills, Stakeholders mgmt. skills with tech and non-tech people alike, Highly analytical, Experienced in using complex data to make decisions, Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical trade-offs
Nice to Have
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking and AI, Experience in data protection, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity domains

Team & Collaboration
Convey customer feedback internally; Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, UX, Support and Executive team; Work closely with UX/UI designers; Work closely with engineers
Communication Scope
Great communication skills; Stakeholders mgmt. skills with tech and non-tech people alike; Presenting in large forums, both internally and externally
Process & Methodology
Manage and maintain the product backlog, Prioritize complex features, Taking under consideration different aspects such as, customer requests, engineering constraints and delivery timeline trade-offs
