Driving the awareness
and success of UpKeep’s growing portfolio of products with an emphasis in our AI-powered capabilities
Developing deep expertise in our customers
and market landscape to influence product strategy
craft crisp positioning
and orchestrate impactful launches
Partnering closely with Product
and Customer Success teams to ensure the organization is equipped to build
and support new and existing features leveraging AI
Writing messaging and building assets that bring products to life
Staying hands-on with experimentation
Partnering with Product to shape go-to-market strategy and lead full-cycle launches for new features and products—especially those infused with AI
Developing differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates across personas
Owning the creation of enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success—pitch decks
Collaborating with Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams to inform and support campaign strategy through product and customer insights
Acting as the voice of the customer by analyzing Gong calls
and user research to inform messaging and strategy
Monitoring competitive landscape and emerging market trends to maintain a POV and deliver actionable market intelligence
Refining and socializing personas
and customer journeys to ensure our messaging aligns with real-world needs
Contributing to internal alignment by equipping teams with tools and training to understand
and deliver value from our product suite
Leveraging AI tools to experiment
