Ability to manage cross-functional projects, stakeholders, and effectively resolves issues, Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept through to completion, Able to prioritize and smoothly manage multiple tasks, product lines, and product features, Relationship builder with proven ability to work across disparate parts of an organization, Can operate and drive results and set priorities with limited supervision, Influences critical project trade-offs with clear communication, customer insight, and data, Self-starter with ability to take leadership in a fast-paced environment, Effectively communicates impact of critical requirements on commercial success, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Demonstrated interest in healthcare, hospital operations, and finance, Ability to work in surgical labs and hospital patient care areas, 5 or more years of professional experience, at least 2 years of experience in medical device product management, program management, project management, product marketing, or a similar discipline, Product launch experience, Relevant experience in medical devices and/or engineering/technical organizations
Nice to Have
Masters degree in life science, engineering, or business discipline, Experience leading development of multiple software product lines as the single-point-of-contact in a regulated environment, Experience in one or more of the following areas: medical software, capital equipment, medical devices, digital health, robotics, regulated product development
What You'll Do.
Develop next generation software product roadmap
Develop deep knowledge of relevant clinical spaces
Understand competitive
and complementary technology
Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research
Execute customer interviews and observations
Develop customer segmentation and marketing claims strategy
Drive cross-functional alignment on product roadmap
Develop and prioritize software product investigations
Partner with UX and Clinical to prototype product solutions
Evaluate critical program requirements and potential product impact
Own and scope end-to-end software experience for users
and viability assessments
and leverage datasets to build business cases
Identify high-leverage software innovations
Partner with engineering and business development teams to assess new technologies
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure product features align with user needs
