The Sr. Product Manager (Technical) - Prime Benefits is a high impact role that incubates and grows new Prime benefits worldwide, and ensures that benefits are delivering value for members and the business. This role has visibility and partnership with VP-level leaders across multiple organizations to define the business strategy and technical architecture for Prime benefits. Key job responsibilities • Lead the development and iteration of PRFAQs working back from customer insights. • Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Prime benefits, including locale assessment, benefit set definition, pricing frameworks, experimentation and launch execution. • Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, UX, Legal, and local Prime teams to execute with zero defects. • Influence senior leadership decisions through data-driven recommendations, business cases, and structured analysis frameworks. • Build in AI into benefits to enhance the customer experience and drive cross benefit usage. • Monitor benefit usage and quality input metrics to continuously improve customer and business impact.
