Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience, Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Nice to Have
Experience bridging technical and business teams, Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products, Experience working with the designs of complex automated material, handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing, Knowledge of emerging manufacturing technologies

Make build vs. outsource decisions
Define KPIs and success criteria
Distill manufacturing requirements
Conduct technical feasibility assessments
Author manufacturing proposals
Develop scalable intake measure
Improve intake effectiveness
Understand manufacturing systems
Identify capability gaps
Build business cases for capability expansion
Proactively mitigate technical risks
Mitigate architectural constraints
Escalate to Senior/Principal Engineers
Influence teams to eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks
Serve as primary intake/insourcing interface
Drive executive produce MBR/QBR narratives
Build consensus across engineering
Manage CM hand-off strategy
Ensure knowledge transfer
Ensure operational readiness criteria
Embed criteria in CM contracts
Build business cases to close manufacturing gaps
Advance machining capabilities
Develop new assembly processes
Invest in emerging manufacturing technologies
Influence product design at architecture level
Drive BOM structure decisions
Drive bill of processing design
