Full Job Description
As part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, we have a vision to provide business applications, leveraging Amazon’s unique experience and expertise, that are used by millions of companies worldwide to manage day-to-day operations. We will accomplish this by accelerating our customers’ businesses through delivery of intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring business challenges. We blend vision with curiosity and Amazon’s real-world experience to build opinionated, turnkey solutions. Where customers prefer to buy over build, we become their trusted partner with solutions that are no-brainers to buy and easy to use. Are you passionate about helping creative teams push the boundaries of what’s possible in film, gaming, animation, and visual effects? Do you want to define the future of cloud-based render management for studios worldwide? If so, AWS Deadline Cloud is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – Technical, External Services (PM-T ES) to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for one of the most exciting services in the AWS Media & Entertainment portfolio. AWS Deadline Cloud is a fully managed service that simplifies render management for teams creating computer-generated 2D/3D graphics and visual effects for films, TV shows, commercials, games, and industrial design. With Deadline Cloud, customers can set up, deploy, and scale rendering projects in minutes — scaling from zero to thousands of compute instances — without the need to manage infrastructure. As a Sr. PM-T ES, you will own the end-to-end product experience for external customers. You will work backwards from the needs of VFX studios, animation houses, game developers, and industrial design teams to define and deliver capabilities that delight customers and drive adoption. You will partner closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, business development, and AWS field teams to prioritize, ship, and scale new features and integrations.
