This role presents a unique opportunity to revolutionize how small and medium businesses access working capital, combining deep technical expertise with customer-centric product development. Role Overview: As Sr. PM, you will build vision, roadmap and execute on your product areas to grow our global lending marketplace, working closely with tech/data/science organization. Key job responsibilities • Product vision and roadmap: Define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, program managers, scientists and other product owners. • PDLC Execution: Create product requirements that are clear with measurable success criteria. Define a rollout GTM plan and ensure delivery of the plan. Define, track, and improve key CX metrics. • Customer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, satisfaction, and retention across all touchpoints • Voice of Customer (VOC): Establish and maintain systematic feedback collection mechanisms including surveys, user testing, customer interviews, and sentiment analysis to inform product decisions • Experimentation & Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize customer experience metrics • Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market research to identify industry best practices and differentiation opp
