The Merchant Business Operations (MBX) team, within JWO, owns the core retail platform that enables merchants to operate autonomous stores at scale. We are responsible for the digital workstream that powers essential retail functions including Catalog Management, Loyalty Programs, Pricing, Promotions, Tax Configuration, Payment Settlement, and Refunds. Our platform supports diverse retail configurations—from fully Amazon-managed solutions to third-party POS and ERP integrations—enabling merchants across Sports, Education, Travel, Healthcare, and Hospitality verticals to launch and operate Just Walk Out stores efficiently.
