Full Job Description
Amazon Freight is building a disruptive transportation product with the vision of redefining shipping for its customers. The goal is to develop easy-to-use, reliable and transparent transportation services that beat all existing shipping alternatives for our customers. In doing this, Amazon Freight is deeply studying customer shipping needs and building innovative, market-leading solutions that will organically attract customers towards our services. To help us succeed in this large endeavor, we are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who will organize, execute and deliver key features to the Amazon Freight product portfolio. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting Senior Product Manager to own delivery across features that require integration with processes and technology in business and operations teams. Specifically, this position will be responsible for developing tech solutions to automate and streamline our transportation support operations. As a Product Manager, you will write and review business cases, develop the product roadmap, document business requirements and own the feature set from design to release. You will work across operations, sales customer service, finance, accounting and technology teams to guide, orchestrate and execute your roadmap. This position requires an ability to strongly communicate business direction, gain trust and project manager across multiples of stakeholders, and be tenacious, paranoid and laser-focused on the delivering the product roadmap. This position will be part of the Worldwide Transportation strategy team, which has global responsibility.
