Full Job Description

## Accountabilities You will lead product strategy and execution for key areas of the senior living platform, ensuring delivery of impactful, data-driven, and customer-centered solutions. Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned senior living product areas. Serve as the voice of the customer, engaging directly with providers, caregivers, and stakeholders. Translate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs. Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders to ensure product feasibility and value. Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and product opportunities. Prioritize features and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and business impact evaluation. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services for successful product launches. Monitor competitive landscape and contribute to product differentiation and innovation strategy. Identify risks early and coordinate resolution across technical and business teams. Represent the product at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements. Requirements: You bring strong product management experience in SaaS or healthcare technology, with the ability to bridge strategy, execution, and customer engagement in complex environments. 5+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS environments. Experience in healthcare technology or senior care domains is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices. Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver measurable outcomes. Experience working with cloud-based platforms (Azure experience is a plus).
