Full Job Description

The Amazon Now team is a passionate group of mission-focused leaders working on an exciting new initiative - deliveries in under 30 minutes. In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across operational, technical, business, retail, and finance teams to drive overall selection, customer experience, and business performance. The role will focus on the Amazon Now selection strategy, building localized selection, owning vendor promotions and partnerships, improving pricing and in-stock, and implementing operational process improvements. The successful candidate will leverage their team to build and implement a multi-year roadmap of initiatives that enhance customer selection and drive the flywheel to accelerate growth. Your work will directly to impact the shopping experience of millions of customers globally by operationalizing this exciting new service.
