What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of product management experience with provider-facing products, B2B service brokerage platforms, commission management, sales enablement tools, or related SaaS commerce products., Background in telecommunications, connectivity, commissions, or digital service distribution, with a solid understanding of how service providers buy, sell, and manage complex recurring services., Proven track record shipping brokerage experiences, sales enablement tools, or AI-driven self-serve solutions at scale, with measurable adoption impact within a multi-provider ecosystem., Experience partnering with provider sales teams, sales ops, channel teams, and external advisors to pilot features and drive adoption., Comfortable designing and operating quantitative and qualitative feedback loops — instrumentation, analytics, experiments, advisor interviews, and voice-of-customer programs., Communicator, able to present to executives and cross-functional stakeholders and translate customer needs into pragmatic product roadmaps., Analytically — confident defining KPIs, interpreting product metrics, and using data to prioritize and validate hypotheses., Familiar with Agile development practices and comfortable incorporating AI into your day-to-day workflows.
