This individual will drive core retention and engagement activities that will drive dramatic impact on the growth of Amazon Prime in Canada. If you are looking for a highly strategic role with a big business impact, and passionate about inventing on behalf of our customers, this position is for you. You will work closely with (Technical) Product Managers, Marketers, Developers, User Experience Designers, as well as Senior Business Leaders across CA and WW to define new initiatives and customer experiences, analyze the business and present your vision. You will conceive and manage Prime member engagement and retention to grow the program, while continuously evaluating opportunities for big ideas and ongoing improvement.
