Must Have

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, at least 2 years in medical device product management, product marketing, or product-focused commercial roles, Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex projects with moderate risk and ambiguity, analytical skills with ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership, Proven ability to communicate compelling product stories and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, Track record of effective collaboration across engineering, operations, clinical, commercial, and regulatory partners, Self-starter with ability to take leadership in a fast-paced environment, agility to pivot focus to meet evolving customer needs and shifting market dynamics., relationship builder with proven ability to work across disparate parts of an organization to deliver results., Comfortable working in hospital, procedural, and surgical lab environments, Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in science, engineering, or business., Well-versed in MS Office Suite, Tableau, Salesforce.

driving the development

bringing field insights into upstream investigations

ensuring that products meet customer

and business needs while balancing performance

and quality considerations

providing strategic input into portfolio and roadmap development

translating voice-of-customer and field insights into actionable product requirements

data-driven product narratives to influence tradeoff decisions and stakeholder alignment

owning in-market product performance

identifying opportunities to improve adoption

and customer experience across clinical

and commercial dimensions

translating voice-of-customer

and post-market data into clear product requirements

prioritization recommendations

leading Product Management contributions to SIOP (Sales

Operations Planning) processes

including forecasting

and launch ramp support

proactively identifying

and driving resolution of product quality and supply issues in partnership with cross-functional teams

and operational data to inform product decisions and business recommendations

developing success metrics and KPIs that directly tie product performance to user needs and business outcomes

partnering with Finance to support forecasting

and business case development

integrating qualitative and quantitative research insights into clear product positioning and value propositions

identifying and clearly articulating unmet customer needs and proposing feature enhancements or next-generation solutions aligned with portfolio strategy

defining and evaluating product solutions based on critical business requirements and potential product impact

developing product claims

and launch strategies

leading cross-functional project teams to ensure execution of a smooth product rollout process

including product launch

inclusive of product pricing

product introduction timing

product phase in/phase out

and internal and external training plans

driving readiness and execution of product rollouts

primarily in the U. S.

with support of global counterparts when applicable

measuring and communicating post-launch performance

and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement

serving as a conduit between field teams and product management team

conducting direct customer engagement

including clinician interviews

monitoring clinical literature

emerging technologies

and market dynamics impacting Ion endoluminal platforms

contributing to roadmap development by evaluating tradeoffs

and opportunities and building alignment across stakeholders.
