5+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of shipping impactful products whether consumer-facing, internal tools, B2B platforms, or decision-support systems, Expert Communicator: Translates complex business needs into clear requirements and effectively manages senior stakeholder expectations across central and regional teams, Autonomous Ownership: You define direction, make trade-off calls, and take accountability for outcomes, AI-Fluent: You don't build models but you understand how to leverage AI, ML, and LLMs to make sharp product decisions and deliver real user value, Technically Proficient: Comfortable discussing ML model inputs/outputs and recommendation engines with senior engineers, Ambiguity Navigator: Thrives in fast-paced, 0-to-1 environments and can maintain delivery momentum across multiple global markets, Analytical Mindset: Uses data to back up every assumption and can dive deep into complex operational processes without losing sight of the broader mission
