Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 12+ years of relevant experience, Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, Proven experience implementing enterprise systems, Technical background with ability to understand complex system architectures, Experience with industrial automation technologies, Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Computer Science, Experience working in a cloud based development and production environment, Experience with controls engineering, Deep knowledge of fabrication processes, Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, Understanding of material handling products, Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles, Background in automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment manufacturing, Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other manufacturing quality management systems, Proven track record of delivering complex technical products
