What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Four-year degree or equivalent experience, 6+ years of data product management expertise, Experience with data integration practices across internal and external systems, Demonstrated ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity, Curiosity and passion for product discovery & problem solving, Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams, Ability to use product, operational, and business data to understand how the product is used, measure health and outcomes, and inform product decisions, Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, initiatives, and product improvements based on market needs and revenue potential, Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. , OKRs, outcomes, user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas), Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners, communication skills
Nice to Have
Preferred experience with modern cloud data platforms and warehouses, Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar analytical languages used to query, analyze, and interpret data is highly valued, Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar tools

The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
