Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and execute the product roadmap for cloud transformation, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and long-term platform strategy. Partner with engineering leadership and software architects to establish modernization initiatives, service-based architectures, and hybrid delivery models. Drive the transition from desktop-based software toward scalable cloud-enabled platforms and modular product ecosystems. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop cloud-powered capabilities that balance local performance requirements with intelligent connected services. Lead integration initiatives involving cloud ecosystems, third-party platforms, product lifecycle management systems, and strategic technology partners. Define AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation strategies, predictive insights, and customer-facing innovation opportunities. Partner with AI and machine learning teams to deliver copilots, automation capabilities, advanced analytics, and data-driven experiences. Develop product strategies for telemetry, analytics, data pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish key performance indicators to measure transformation success, including adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, UX, marketing, quality assurance, customer success, and sales teams to ensure successful execution. Lead organizational readiness efforts, change management initiatives, internal communications, and transformation enablement programs. Oversee beta programs, early-access initiatives, and customer feedback mechanisms to support iterative product development. Mentor product professionals and promote modern product management practices focused on cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven innovation.
