6+ years of product management experience, track record of shipping impactful customer-facing products, ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, execute cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch, analytical skills, experience using product, analytics, experimentation, and AI-enabled tools to drive decision-making, ability to use customer insights, experimentation, and performance data to inform product direction and prioritization, ability to prioritize aggressively, make high-quality decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, excellent communication skills, ability to clearly articulate product rationale, priorities, and trade-offs to diverse audiences, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, experience influencing across engineering, design, data, and business teams, high level of ownership, sound judgment, comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities, product sense, customer empathy, passion for building intuitive and effective experiences, growth mindset, willingness to operate strategically, diving into tactical execution details when needed, mindset focused on seizing opportunities, moving with urgency, dedication to fierce prioritization, operational excellence, adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment, openness to feedback
Nice to Have
Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, creator platforms, ad-tech, mar-tech, or consumer products, Familiarity with creator, brand, engagement, monetization, or personalization product experiences, Experience with experimentation, KPI-driven product development, or AI-enabled product workflows, Understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and multi-sided ecosystems
