Must Have
6–10+ years of product management experience, ideally within advertising, marketing technology, CRM platforms, or consumer engagement products., domain expertise in lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, CRM platforms, or ad-supported digital media businesses., Proven ability to define product strategy and lead complex cross-functional initiatives., Experience building or scaling products involving audience segmentation, personalization, targeting, or marketing automation., analytical skills with experience leveraging experimentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral data to inform product decisions., Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable technical products., Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence across technical and business teams., Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

About this Role Fandom is growing! Our Sr Product Manager 2, Monetization & CRM opportunity is a remote role based in Poland and reports to our VP of Product Monetization. Fandom reaches over 350 million monthly fans, creating a unique opportunity to build products that connect advertisers with deeply engaged audiences. As a senior product leader within the Monetization organization, you will define and drive the strategy for lifecycle monetization across Fandom’s logged-in audience ecosystem. In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for CRM-driven monetization capabilities, enabling advertisers to engage fans through high-impact lifecycle touchpoints such as email, messaging, and owned audience experiences. You will work at the intersection of advertising, audience intelligence, and lifecycle marketing, building scalable platforms that transform Fandom’s first-party fan signals into monetizable engagement opportunities. You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Ad Operations, Sales, and Marketing, driving innovation in areas such as audience segmentation, signal enrichment, campaign activation, and personalization.
