What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8+ years product development experience, Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Development, Merchandising, International Business, or related field, Demonstrated success in leading and formally mentoring product developers, Experience creating and managing Tech Packs, Experience tracking WIP reports, Deep understanding of materials, construction, sourcing, factory development cycles, and end-to-end product lifecycle, Ability to manage multiple categories and collections simultaneously, Meet deadlines, Experienced in daily communication with overseas, Proficient in Google Workspace, Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Proficient in Slack, Proficient in Excel
Nice to Have
Sketching ability a plus, Knowledge of Hawaiian culture is a plus

This California based brand with Hawaiian roots located in Encinitas, CA focuses on travel accessories. Travel is our inspiration, the beach is our home. ROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Product Developer will play a critical role within the Product team by leading the development and sourcing of products from concept through production. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to deliver high-quality products that meet brand alignment, customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with ALOHA Collection founders, VP of Product and the Creative team to bring commercially successful, consumer-right products to market on time and within margin targets.The Sr Product Developer will play a critical role within the Product team by leading the development and sourcing of products from concept through production.
