What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of product design experience in fintech or other scaled consumer products, experience taking products or major features from idea to launch, Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking, craft, and iteration over time, Deep expertise in mobile-first design, visual design paired with practical UX judgment, Fluency in Figma and modern, AI-augmented design workflows, Clear, thoughtful communication with cross-functional partners
Nice to Have
Experience designing financial products with ongoing member relationships (credit, banking, subscriptions, or similar), Exposure to products serving gig workers or people with non-traditional income
