Full Job Description

eero is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Designer to drive our ecommerce experience and digital growth initiatives. In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact design solutions that enhance user engagement, extend the eero brand, generate leads and deliver measurable business results across our web properties. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven, user-centered designs that balance business objectives with customer needs. Key job responsibilities - Own end to end user journeys to solve complex product design problems and define strategy to deliver best-in-class solutions - Act as a force-multiplier. Help mature our design systems, rituals, and processes in a way that empowers the entire team to move faster and better. - Guide projects forward proactively and with a bias for action, even in the face of ambiguity or shifting priorities. Maintain confidence and clarity in fast-paced environments with frequent strategic pivots to deliver impactful results - Zoom in and out seamlessly. Move fluidly between high-level conceptual thinking and hands-on design of flows, interactions, and screens. - Synthesize and present findings to stakeholders, leadership/executives that clearly articulates design rationale and trade-offs - Foster trust with cross-functional leaders by offering actionable feedback and promoting customer-centric solutions - Seek opportunities to continuously improve and extend our processes wherever possible - Mentor and elevate. Provide critique, feedback, and thought leadership across the design org—shaping not just the work, but the way we work.
