What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4–7+ years of experience as a product designer, portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, Fluent in Figma, experience in component libraries, rapid prototyping, managing clean, organized files, Comfortable working across multiple products and user types simultaneously, balancing priorities, adapting to different use cases, Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system, Proficient in design QA, partnering with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, logging bugs or discrepancies, Familiar with agile tools and workflows, Jira, proactive approach to documentation and ticket hygiene, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, adapt to feedback, Confident presenting work to leadership and customers, leading conversations, incorporating insights into design iterations, Comfortable in ambiguity, track record of driving projects from discovery to delivery with minimal oversight, understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, best practices for inclusive, scalable interfaces, Collaborative and self-directed, bias toward action, continuous learning, cross-functional teamwork

Nice to Have

ideally in B2B/SaaS environments, designing for both technical and non-technical users, cybersecurity experience a plus, especially for data-rich, complex applications, passion for creating shared patterns and scalable frameworks, UI Engineering a plus

What You'll Do.

Contribute to net-new product development

Drive the design of UI/UX features

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers

Help build and maintain our design system

Design and iterate on data-rich dashboards

Translate technical workflows into elegant UI/UX

Conduct customer interviews and design feedback sessions

Identify and document visual discrepancies

Create and maintain well organized Figma files

Bring a strategic mindset to prioritization

Create space for capturing metrics

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers; Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders; partnering with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation; cross-functional teamwork

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; articulate design rationale; influence stakeholders; adapt to feedback; Confident presenting work to leadership and customers; leading conversations; incorporating insights into design iterations
