Must Have
3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer in a well-known B2B SaaS company or high-growth SaaS startup., Proven ability to design complex, desktop-first B2B web applications end-to-end — from problem framing to interaction design and handoff, ideally demonstrated in your portfolio., product thinking: Ability to find pragmatic “80/20” solutions that balance user value, technical constraints, and business goals., Expert-level Figma skills and experience collaborating with other designers in shared workspaces, including component libraries and design systems., Self-driven, outcome-oriented, able to work independently while communicating trade-offs and constraints clearly., Native German speaker with fluent English.
Nice to Have
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (like Claude code, cursor etc) to build realistic, functional prototypes., Foundational understanding of HTML/CSS to ship smaller improvements to the product or website yourself., UX copywriting experience.
