We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of our AI-ready design system and agentic experiences for Amazon Devices shopping on Amazon.com. This role is a unique blend of UX design, product strategy, and program management. As the single-threaded owner, you will define the vision, unify stakeholders, and drive execution across Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing. You will be responsible for designing scalable design system components, setting product requirements, driving cross functional alignment, and prioritizing features while navigating trade-offs. This is a high-impact role where you will both design and orchestrate, ensuring our design system accelerates product innovation and supports AI-driven experiences across Devices and Amazon more broadly. This role is focused on building the foundations for and defining an agentic-AI future that accelerates and transforms the design process at scale. Key job responsibilities Design System Ownership - Define, design, and evolve an AI-ready design system for Amazon Devices digital shopping experiences (components, patterns, accessibility, documentation). - Ensure system scalability across multiple product surfaces and platforms.
