Minimum 6 years of experience in a Strategic Sourcing role, Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, Working knowledge of SAP or other equivalent ERP systems, Experience negotiating complex supply contracts
