Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer position involves being In charge for process engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization for polymers on Aerospace area. **What a typical day looks like:** * Lead and optimize critical polymer application processes. * Ensure stability, quality, and compliance with key parameters of dispensing equipment. (staking, underfill, conformal coating). Application to aerospace-grade PCBAs. * Identify and eliminate process variations. * Collaborate closely with quality, production, and engineering teams. * Interface with international clients. * Drive improvements that directly impact operations. * Travel when required to maintain and support projects. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in related field. * Experience in electronic manufacturing (desirable). * Good English communication. * 5+ years of experience in engineering with similar activities. * Be proactive, analytical, and results-oriented. * Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and lead by example. * Enjoy solving complex problems. * Be motivated to leave a mark on high-impact processes. * Be open to international travel to collaborate with our clients. **What you’ll receive for the great work
