What They're Looking For.
Must Have
degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience, Experience in a design, manufacturing, and/or engineering environment, centering on Metrology, Experience with radio frequency “RF” and microwave measurement fundamentals, Ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Clearance (ATF)
Nice to Have
Understanding and practical application of ISO 17025: 2017 and ANSI/NCSL Z540 standards, Software and programming experience, including both development and implementation. (Fluke METCAL, C, C++, Python, Java), Knowledge of calibration quality standards and best practices, Experience with lab test equipment and test automation (GPIB, LAN)

Create uncertainty analyses for calibration procedures and measurements to ensure accuracy and precision
