Must Have
Doctorate degree [and relevant post-doc where applicable] and 3 years of scientific experience, Master’s degree and 6 years of scientific experience, Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of scientific experience
Nice to Have
PhD in Immunology, Biochemistry, Bioanalytical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific discipline, 5–10 years of relevant industry experience in immunoassay development and bioanalysis, Demonstrated expertise in development, qualification/validation, and sample analysis for non-regulated immunoassays, hands-on experience across multiple immunoassay platforms and detection technologies, Proven ability to independently lead complex scientific programs and solve technical challenges, Experience leading laboratory operations and managing competing priorities in a matrixed environment, Prior people management or supervisory experience preferred, understanding of bioanalytical strategies supporting biologics programs, Excellent scientific communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive scientific strategy, Passion for mentoring scientists and fostering technical development
