Doctorate degree [and relevant post-doc where applicable] and 3 years of scientific experience OR Master’s degree and 6 years of scientific experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of scientific experience

What You'll Do.
Lead scientific strategy and execution for non-regulated immunoassay development and bioanalysis activities supporting pharmacokinetic and soluble target protein measurements.
Provide technical leadership across a range of immunoassay platforms including ELISA
and emerging technologies.

Oversee sample analysis activities to ensure delivery of high-quality
scientifically rigorous data within established timelines.
Drive operational excellence within the laboratory including workflow management
and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a scientific subject matter expert for immunoassay technologies and bioanalytical strategies.
Interpret complex scientific data and communicate results effectively to multidisciplinary stakeholders and senior leadership.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to expand laboratory capabilities and improve assay performance.
Maintain accurate scientific documentation and ensure adherence to internal standards and best scientific practices.
