Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant or a Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Nice to Have
Experience with Mapping Methodology, Experience with Microsoft Vizio and SharePoint, Lean Six Sigma Certification or Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis experience, Process Management Certification (CBPP, APQC, BPM), Knowledge of the government regulations FAR and DFARS, Experienced with SIPOC, value stream mapping, and swim lane diagrams, Have developed and implemented metrics related to process rigor

Develop and maintain Mission Systems sector procedures
Analyze document content for internal process controls
Identify/eliminate redundancies or conflicts
Drive accountability with process owners
Apply PrOP document standards and format
Coordinate stakeholder review of documents
Ensure swift and effective resolution of comments
Adherence to process/internal requirements for control of documents
