S. as a refugee or granted asylum., Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

15+ years of progressive HR experience, significant experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operations organizations, Demonstrated experience working with large hourly workforces in production environments, expertise in employee relations, labor strategy / union avoidance, workforce planning in manufacturing settings, Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, Ability to navigate complex, multi-site organizations with diverse workforce needs

Experience operating in high-growth or scaling environments

What You'll Do.

Define and drive enterprise HR strategy for manufacturing

Ensure consistency of HR practices across programs

Partner with Operations leadership to align workforce strategy

Serve as functional lead for partner teams

Drive cross-program collaboration

Lead development of site-based HR strategy

Ensure HR presence and support models are aligned

Act as subject matter expert for hourly workforce dynamics

Partner with Employee Relations to manage workforce sentiment

Support organizational design decisions

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Operations leadership; Serve as the functional lead for partner teams supporting manufacturing; Partner with Employee Relations and leadership teams
