This role serves as the bridge between enterprise HR strategy and manufacturing execution, ensuring that our people practices enable operational success. **Role Overview** Blue Origin is seeking a Human Resources Leader for Manufacturing to lead the strategy, alignment, and execution of HR support across our manufacturing operations. This role operates as a senior individual contributor at the equivalent level of a Senior Director, with enterprise-wide scope across the largest and most operationally complex portion of the business. The leader will serve as the central point of coordination and thought leadership for all manufacturing HR, influencing leaders and HR Business Partners across multiple programs and sites. Collectively, these organizations represent approximately +6,000 employees, with a majority hourly workforce operating in production and launch environments.
