**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD98408 **Position Overview** At Autodesk AEC, we help teams meet the world’s rapidly expanding building and infrastructure needs while making design and construction more predictable, safe, and sustainable. The Construction Field Delivery team is transforming how projects are delivered through a connected productivity platform that is intuitive, scalable, AI-driven, and seamlessly accessible across mobile, and web. We are seeking a Senior Principal Designer to help shape the next generation of construction experiences within Autodesk Forma. Reporting to the Director of Experience Design for Construction Field Delivery, you will define and drive a cohesive UX vision across web and native iOS/Android experiences serving both office administrators and jobsite teams. This role requires balancing the competing needs and operational realities of multiple user groups working within highly complex construction workflows. As a senior design leader, you will establish scalable design frameworks and interaction models across a broad product ecosystem while leveraging emerging technologies (i.e. on mobile) to solve deeply complex customer problems. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to shape strategy, influence outcomes, and elevate experience quality across everything we deliver. Through strong systems thinking, storytelling, and design craft, you will inspire cross-functional teams and help define how technology improves the delivery of large commercial and civil projects in the real world. Preference for candidates in Portland, OR, and major cities in Canada. Open to candidates from TX, NJ, PA, VT, GA.
