What You'll Achieve.
Develop, track and maintain reliability metrics such as, but not limited to, Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), downtime, costs, emergency work orders, obsolete parts, Events, etc.; Assess/identify opportunities to improve the equipment reliability, recommend solutions, and manage implementation.; Develop, implement, and maintain equipment maintenance strategies to optimize its safe operation, compliance (Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), cost, and efficiency/effectiveness of Houston assets.

troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues; Root-Cause Analysis (RCA)
Support may be required outside of normal working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays., Tasks require entering manufacturing areas which require wearing appropriate PPE., Potential for travel (less than 20% - could be domestic and/or international).
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology, 5+ years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Experience working in a GMP/regulated environment, RMIC – Reliability & Maintainability Implementation Certification, Maximo CMMS experience
