Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, 8+ years of pricing experience, Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement and compliance frameworks, Proven experience developing cost volumes and pricing models, Financial modeling skills, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Experience with both cost-reimbursable and fixed-price contract structures
Nice to Have
Experience supporting DoD, USAID, SOCOM, or similar government agencies, MBA or international program experience is a plus

Full Job Description
## Accountabilities This role is responsible for leading pricing strategy, execution, and compliance across federal and international proposals while ensuring alignment with business and capture objectives. You will develop detailed pricing models and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce competitive and fully compliant submissions. Lead pricing strategy development for federal proposals including IDIQs, GWACs, and task orders Build and own cost volumes, pricing models, and full pricing submission packages for complex bids Develop detailed cost estimates including labor, subcontractors, travel, indirect rates, and escalation factors Conduct price-to-win and competitive pricing analyses to support bid/no-bid and capture decisions Ensure pricing alignment across technical, management, and financial proposal volumes Maintain compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA requirements, ensuring audit-ready documentation Develop Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation and support DCAA/DCMA audit requests Partner with Finance on indirect rates, wrap rates, and forward pricing models Support pricing for contract modifications and program execution adjustments Mentor junior pricing analysts and contribute to process improvements and tool enhancements Requirements: This position requires strong experience in government contracting pricing, advanced financial modeling skills, and deep familiarity with federal acquisition regulations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex proposals under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 8+ years of pricing experience supporting U.S. federal government contracts Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement and compliance frameworks Proven experience developing cost volumes and pricing models for complex proposals Experience supporting DoD, USAID, SOCOM, or similar government agencies preferred Strong financ
