Develop engineering dispositions
Innovate and solve engineering issues
Test satellite's integrated power system
Be first point of contact
Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality
Develop standard repairs
Develop rework procedures
Propose design for manufacturing improvements
Propose design for test improvements
Develop improved processes
Develop work and training for operators
Develop training for technicians
Develop reporting tools on test KPIs
Lead small integrated product teams
Provide root cause failure analyses
Implement corrective actions
Ensure satellite power system is tested
Sign-off on new tests
