What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years Post Producer/Post Executive experience, 5+ years budgeting, scheduling, technical workflows, 5+ years delivering final video production, Written and verbal communication skills, Organized with great attention to detail, Understanding of budgeting, scheduling, technical workflows, Post and editorial problem-solving ability
Nice to Have
Experience in various TV/film post production, Experience scheduling post vendors, Experience creating delivery schedules, Experience with delivery of assets to studios, Experience with variety of digital media workflows, Knowledge of wide array of media asset types, Experience with international subtitling/dubbing, Ability to work independently, Ability to contribute to cross-functional teams, Ability to manage multiple projects, Ability to follow through, Ability to meet deadlines, Experience owning post production strategy, Experience with end to end delivery

Follow up on outstanding deliverables
Organize assets for delivery
Coordinate with third-party vendors
Ensure highest quality standards
Track expenditures for production work orders
Distribute assets for PR/Marketing/Localization
Evaluate new post-related products
Provide advice on potential risks
Provide advice on potential issues
Oversee on-time delivery
Oversee on-budget execution
Approve post-production budgets
Approve post-production bids
Approve post-production schedules
Negotiate deals for post services
Finalize deals for post services
Liaise between producers and Amazon Studios
Assess scope of projects
Assess challenges of projects
Collaborate with Localization teams
Collaborate with Mastering teams
Collaborate with Technology teams
Engage with Marketing team members
Engage with Public Relations team members
Engage with Prime Video team members
