What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field, or MBA, Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership, Experience working cross functionally across several teams, 10+ years of experience in clean energy, sustainability, or related fields, Experience supporting supply chain engagement, Experience supporting emissions-reduction initiatives, Demonstrated experience developing and delivering supplier-facing sustainability enablement efforts, Experience engaging suppliers to build capability, Experience reducing adoption barriers, Experience supporting participation in sustainability initiatives
Nice to Have
Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management, Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges, Knowledge of clean energy markets, Knowledge of procurement mechanisms, Understanding of carbon accounting, Understanding of emissions reporting frameworks, Experience working with sustainability-focused NGOs, Experience working with industry coalitions

Architect and evolve global top supplier engagement strategy
Design and scale supplier cohort models
Build capacity across groups of suppliers
Develop and manage strategic partnerships
Extend engagement capacity beyond internal headcount
Create supplier routing logic
Match suppliers to solutions
Own engagement lifecycle
Iterate based on supplier feedback
Develop scalable engagement methodologies
Engage with senior leadership on program strategy
Engage with senior leadership on resourcing
Engage with senior leadership on progress
Drive continuous improvement in supplier conversion rates
Test engagement approaches
Benchmark cohort performance
Coordinate with ASX team
Ensure supplier-facing tools meet needs
