Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for large-scale community

Define product strategy and roadmap across a complex

Reason from first principles

Challenge assumptions

Build solutions from the core customer need up

Distinguish between one-way and two-way door

Drive rapid experimentation where reversible

Ensure appropriate rigor for irreversible choices

Drive alignment across a broad and diverse set

Champion exceptional customer experiences by partnering with design

Ground decisions in fundamental design principles

Own internal-facing product experiences that enable community managers

Surface seller sentiment trends

Generate actionable insights

Translate seller pain points and sentiment data into

Partner with engineering teams on architecture decisions

Participate meaningfully in architecture reviews

Probe scalability decisions

Probe performance trade-offs

Hold engineering teams to high standards for product

Understand the impact of technical backlog on the

Prioritize operational excellence work

Deeply understand the product’s business context

Articulate how product decisions impact business outcomes

Define success criteria and KPIs
