Full Job Description
Ever wanted to be the person who connects the dots between strategy and execution for an entire logistics organization? This role puts you at the center of it all. As our Sr. Planning, Reporting & Analytics PM, you'll be the driving force behind how we plan, measure, and communicate our business performance. You'll own every major planning cycle, from annual operating plans to quarterly goal-setting, and every business review that lands in front of our senior leaders. You'll be in the room, shaping the narrative, challenging assumptions, and turning complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions. You'll orchestrate cross-functional alignment across teams, manage competing priorities, and ensure we're always operating with a shared understanding of our goals and performance. What you'll solve: - How do we translate long-term strategy into actionable plans that teams can execute against? - How do we create a single source of truth for business performance that leadership can trust and act on? - How do we ensure our reporting cadence drives accountability and surfaces the right insights at the right time? If you thrive on structure, love turning ambiguity into clarity, and write with the precision and persuasion needed to influence senior leaders, this is your role. Key job responsibilities - Planning Cycles: Own and orchestrate all annual and quarterly planning cycles: timeline management, cross-functional coordination, and final deliverable quality. - Business Reviews: Own preparation and delivery of all reporting cadences: data synthesis, narrative writing, and ensuring every review drives clear decisions for senior management audiences. - Document Ownership: Single-threaded owner for most external-facing documents. Write and edit executive-level narratives that are clear, c
