Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job 's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ _**Responsibilities:**_ GENERAL PURPOSE: Provides quality and inclusive patient centered healthcare. Oversees all aspects of Phlebotomy Staff training. Provide technical expertise and enhance the growth of the department through areas of staff development and training personnel in day- to-day operations. **We are looking for Sr. Phlebotomist in the Geneva, Seneca Falls, Ovid, Clyde and Dundee areas.** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS \- Collects, registers, and processes patient laboratory specimens using a variety of collection techniques, protocols, and computer systems. Follows rigorous patient identification protocols for all ages and levels of complexity. Services patients and performs home draws at any assigned location, including Patient Service Centers, Clinics, and Nursing Homes. \- Trains new staff and coordinates other necessary training, including program maintenance and development, orientation, and direction of in-house trainers. \- Evaluates training progress and assesses staff competency. Documents and reports competency
