In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced HR technology solutions—with a strong focus on optimizing Workday and other key people platforms. You will partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams to identify needs and opportunities, deliver scalable and user-centric solutions, and elevate the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include streamlining and enhancing core HR programs such as HCM, compensation, benefits, talent management, absence, and employee experience, as well as supporting system adoption through thorough testing, training, and launch support.
