What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years HR Tech experience, Hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and supporting HRIS tools, Workday Experience Required, Proven ability to drive successful technology projects from concept through implementation, Process analysis, Requirements gathering, Solution design, Change management, Strategic, innovative thinker, Excellent communicator, Collaborator, Stakeholder management, Business analysis, User training, Familiarity with HR domains, Familiarity with HR technology platforms
