What You'll Do.
Support all the Mexico organization as a People Experience Partner
Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters
and complex matters to the Sr Human Resources Manager
Coach managers on people practices
and effective team leadership
Act as the local site lead for the Mexico City location
Serve as the primary People Experience presence onsite
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle
from onboarding through exit
Act as an employee advocate while balancing business needs and organizational policies
Reinforce company values and foster an inclusive
respectful workplace culture
Support performance management cycles
and development planning
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs
and workforce planning
Identify talent risks and opportunities
Ensure people practices align with company policies and employment laws
Partner closely with People Services / HR Operations to execute people processes accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation and leverage data to inform people decisions
