What we do Kentik is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr People Business Partner to join our People Team. Reporting to the VP of People and working as an individual contributor, you will serve as a key advisor and consultant to managers and leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and people-centric solutions that support Kentik’s growth. This role blends strategic business partnership with project leadership, ensuring Kentik People programs and practices enable the business to scale and foster a high-performance culture. You will serve as a visible ambassador of the People function and help influence our collective reputation as a trusted and forward-thinking partner to the business.
