Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **Your Role:** Provide operational support to outsourced third-party payroll processor to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees. Act as relationship manager to their cross-functional teams including Payroll Services, Customer Service, Tax Filing, Garnishment, and Overpayment Shared Services. Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment while meeting all deadlines with weekly payrolls processing for 20,000 exempt, non-exempt and contingent labor workers. **What you 'll be doing:** * Analyzes, audits, validates, and prepares control totals from the timekeeping solution for payroll processing in accordance with the payroll schedule. Run standard reports to identify exception time situations. * Prepare and upload necessary pay components to support weekly, biweekly and/or monthly processing. * Escalates complex timekeeping & attendance issues and follows through to resolution, ensuring appropriate communication to all involved parties. * Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to the shared Payroll inbox and partner ticketing management system. * Generates and distributes standard and ad hoc payroll reports as needed for internal finance and operational departments to track labor cos
