Perform law-related tasks under attorney direction

Research legal and regulatory requirements
Draft and edit legal documents
Assist with compliance-related initiatives
Coordinate with potential witnesses
Work directly with outside counsel
Document legal and compliance processes
Analyze solutions using standard procedures
Apply knowledge of privacy
Produce clear and concise written materials
Work with business clients
Develop understanding of business unit needs
Serve as point of contact
Gather information for function-related documents

Participate in Legal Department projects
Take lead on complex matters
Assist attorney in coordination of co-workers
Manage proper record retention and destruction
Develop and support legal documentation related to AI technologies
Conduct research on evolving privacy and artificial intelligence laws
Provide updates on emerging risks and regulatory changes
Assist in preparing privacy impact assessments
Assist in preparing AI risk evaluations
Serve as liaison between legal
