3 years of experience in medical device industry, Packaging equipment qualifications, Statistical analysis using MINITAB, Design of Experiments (DOE), Sterile packaging, Qualification of packaging equipment, Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 4 years relevant experience OR Master's degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms is a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead and execute process validation activities
Author technical documentation
Lead and execute process and equipment validation protocols
Support in-service operating systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Resolve manufacturing issues
select and implement technically feasible alternatives
Analyze and evaluate system sustainability
Develop process controls
Prevent operational issues
Introduce new materials
process and specifications
Enhance product quality
reliability and manufacturability
Maintain and improve process control plans
Maintain work instructions
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Provide technical support for non-conformance investigations
Provide technical support for CAPAs
Provide technical support for change control processes

Collect and evaluate maintenance
Conduct root-cause analyses of in-service problems
